Network Specialist (1027)

Description Install micro-computers and office automation systems. Responsible for network, hardware and software issues. Troubleshoot issues to find the root cause, resolve the issue and implement countermeasures when required. Assist with phone systems.

 Required Skills

Five years experience with personal computers. Two years networking experience, PC maintenance and some programming required. Ability to trouble shoot hardware and software issues. Technical certifications or education strongly desired but not required. Must possess an excellent ability to utilize good judgment and the ability to learn technical subjects quickly. Willingness to further education through certifications and formal education programs. Knowledge of phone systems preferred. Must possess the desire and motivation to learn and have a demonstrated track record of being self-motivated, reliable, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
