Network Support Analyst

OAOT’s Professional Staffing Services division is in need of a Network Support Analyst to keep the network environment stable and interruptions to a minimal. Individual will participate in the planning phase for system requirements on various projects for deployment of business functions on new servers and networks. Candidate will own tasks for implementation of new hardware, operating systems and other required software on the systems. Candidate will also provide advice, training, and technical support to customers, users and programmers and act as a technical resource for Analysts. This position requires 2+ years experience and proficiency working with one or more operating systems; knowledge of system and program installation, configuration; and system-level security procedures. Excellent Verbal and written skills are required. Candidate must have the ability to resolve conflicts in a non-emotional manner and the ability to deal with high pressure situations.

Required Skills:
- 3 plus years Cisco router and switch experience
- Cisco clean access experience
- Base understanding of Security in regards to multiple disciplines including firewalls, HIPPA, and complex network design

Desired Skills:
Optional skills and experience for this position will include:
- Understanding of the design, architecture, and deployment of Windows NT/2000 servers, including experience in troubleshooting server hardware problems
- Familiarity with the design, architecture, and deployment of Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Active Directory

Minimum Educational Requirements:
- High School
