Network Support Specialist

We are seeking two Network Support Specialists for our IT department, one in Mechanicsburg, PA, and one in San Francisco, CA. 



Duties include:

? Providing hardware, software, and operating system support to local and remote end-users, as well as technical guidance in the area of desktop hardware and software.

 

The ideal candidate should have:

? Good verbal and writing skills

? A working knowledge of Active Directory environments

? A strong knowledge of all Microsoft desktop operating systems

? An understanding of client/server applications

? 2?3 years of experience working in a technical support role

? PC proficiency with PC hardware, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office products, Track-IT, PC Anywhere, as well as comprehensive knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 Server and Active Directory.

 

This position also requires the ability to:

? Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the company?s computing environment

? Work well under pressure

? Maintain a high level of professionalism.

? Associate?s degree or equivalent

? At least 2+ years of work experience
