Support on classified and unclassified computer system networks, administering Microsoft Windows NT Server, Exchange 5.5, and Citrix Metaframe 1.8 for Windows 2000. Fielding helpdesk trouble calls, system maintenance, repairing/upgrading servers and end-user Nt workstations, while maintaining hardware/software inventories for a multi-server/multi-domain LAN/WAN. Responsible for developing and maintaining a Standard Desktop Environment for all NALC PC users, managing user accounts, and system configurations.

Required Skills:
UNIX and Microsoft expertise. Citrix Metaframe 1.8 required.

Experience Required:
10 years experience working with hardware and systems. Some inventory management experience necessary. 7 years experience in a military setting. MCSE and or/CISSP a plus.
