We are currently searching for Technical Support Professionals for one of our client sites in Stratford Connecticut. This opportunity is a TEMP to Perm assignment with a growing technical giant. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid technical skills that is looking to get the experience they are looking for in the technical arena.

The detail for the position is as follows:

-SHIFT: All Shifts Available! Looking for candidates with Open and Flexible Schedules!!! 

-You will troubleshoot Technical Support calls from Customers who are using the supported

software/hardware. This is done by providing the highest quality customer service.

-Troubleshooting requires guiding and educating customers through established troubleshooting procedures.

 

Requirements include:

1. Complex knowledge of DOS, Win 95, 98, NT, 2000,

XP, Apple/MAC, Internet communications, and protocols.

2. Working knowledge of PC/MAC hardware and software.

3. Ability to guide customers through established troubleshooting procedures to identify and resolve

technical problems.

4. MCSE, MCP, and other certifications are helpful.

5. Should have demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following specialties. Network (RF Troubleshooting, E-Mail, DHCP Server, routers), Systems (Hardware, Software, Operating Systems, New Technology) and Communications

 

Salary $11 to $12 per hour....

Position is Temp to Perm. and at that point the Salary has a nice jump

to it....
