Network Technician/Database Administrator

Dynacast, is the world leader in the precision die casting of zinc, aluminum and magnesium.  We manufacturer small precision custom die castings under the Dynacast? trade name, which are supplied internationally to major industries and companies, including telecommunications, automotive, consumer electronics, computing, and others. 

 

We have an opening for an energetic, high-performing Network Engineer to work from our Corporate Office in Charlotte, NC.  This individual will have 4+ years experience supporting PC?s in a networking environment to troubleshoot hardware & software, LAN/WAN connectivity, installation of new desktops and operating systems and supporting email servers, anti-virus software and remote access solutions.  Candidates must have strong background in Exchange 2003, SQL, queries, Crystal Reports Development, data access queries and report generation.  Basic knowledge of Citrix or Remote Desktop, firewalls and routers a plus.

 

Individual must be organized and have the ability to handle multiple projects while interacting with a wide variety of individuals in the organization.  The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess excellent interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to travel both internationally and domestically to support multi-plant locations is necessary.
