O&M String Owner

Understand impact of changes to system & its impact downstream to mitigate
issues that may occur. Drive resolution of trouble tickets. Interface with
customer to clarify issues relating to assigned environment.
Author/improve/validate/document processes to improve successful
repeatability of functions within environment.Observe & digest technical
data & summarize to distill relevant info to upper mgmt. Drive root cause
analysis for issues involving computer HW, network communications, database,
or processes that span to govt systems. Participate in training sessions to
identify & understand enhancements being developed system. Manage
implementation teams on occasional nights/weekends on a rotating basis.
Provide 24/7 system support coverage on rotating on-call basis(Typically
once a month).

Experience with end user support. (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge)
Knowledge of technical infrastructure or enterprise architecture (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform)
Experience supporting multi-tiered systems in a production environment. (Level4 - Can perform without assistance. Has in-depth knowledge)
Mininum of 3 years of technical project management w/ a strong bias towards (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform)
technology. Experience managing matrixed project teams in a technical (Level5 - Can give expert advice and lead others to perform)
