Operations Support Representative

 

Prosodie Interactive, a multinational company is seeking an Operations Support Representative to join the team in our Plantation, Florida office.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Monitors all in-house, real-time data monitoring systems and is responsible for identifying any issues and immediately addressing them.  Directly interacts with clients and ensures that clients are retained, satisfied and that their needs are fulfilled.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 Monitor all in-house, real-time data monitoring systemsIdentify any system issues and immediately address them with the appropriate department.Communicate any issues with the affected client(s).Create detailed trouble tickets and assign to proper departments for resolution.Communicate important client activity and information to key individuals on project and cross-functional teams.Collaborate with Development and Operations to ensure closure of outstanding technical issues and proactive communication to clients.Assist sales team and channel partners by answering questions, account setup and accommodating requests.Review and analyze the daily and weekly reports of outstanding issues.Develop tactical proposals for the department to support company initiatives.Develop and maintain client satisfaction measurement tools.Provide input to Marketing, Sales, Development, and Operations regarding opportunities to improve existing services and new product innovations.May be required to work flexible hours, including nights and weeknds.

 

EXPERIENCE:

 Strong knowledge of technical support management softwareUnderstanding of Information Services Systems and OperationsKnowledge of Linux or ApacheExcellent analytical and problem-resolution skillsIVR experience preferredKnowledge of Crystal ReportsExcellent client service and crisis management skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work with all levels of managementAbility to set goals and meet deadlinesSoft-skills necessaryExcellent written and verbal communication skills
