OpenClinica/IVR Coordinator

This position will proide technical set-up and maintenance of the General Clinical Research Center's studies on two applications; OpenClinica and Interactive Voice Response (IVR).  There will be a training and documentation component as well.

Duties: 

OpenClinica - Meet with study coordinators/nurses and collect study requirements; design and implement Case Report Form (CRF) specifications usitng OpenClinica; develop and perform validation scripts prior to deployment. Provide end-user support and training, generate CRF's; perform data extracts and generate reports; serve as liaison between user and voendor. Resolve technical issues; conduct root cause analysis; oersees backup and archiving actiities; maintains security and user permissions.  Generate and maintain documentation; develop training tools; performs data entry of CRF's into system.

IVR - Work with investigators to create new or modify existing questionnaires; reformat into IVR; implement questionnaires; develop validation tests and document test results; enroll sujects into IVR system; develop and implement schedule; maintain study scripts.

Back-up - Review backup logs daily; work with system administator to resolve backup issues and ensure proper operation of system; maintain backup media; conduct disaster recovery simulations; related duties.

Qualifications;

Four years experience working with computerized systems.  A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field may be substituted.  Knowledge of at least one programming language; knowledge of Microsoft Access and SQL RDBMS; knowledge of computer operating systems including MS Windows 98, XP, 2000 2003: Knowledge and understanding of internet tools and technologies including priniciples of web application development; knowledge of Java, HTML, XM; knowledge of telephony technology and IVR systems; ability to write and maintain program documents; knowledge of the principles and techniques of data modeling such as UML.
