Operating Systems Coordinator

TDS Logistics has an immediate opening for an Operating Systems Coordinator.  To be successful in this role at TDS you will be highly energetic, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, possess at a minimum an Associates Degree (Bachelors preferred) and/or significant relevant experience.  Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems in a shop floor environment is preferred as well as expereince in general PC repairs and PC based applications.

 

In this critical role for TDS Logistics, you will:Possess knowledge of network infrastructure (cabling, switches, routers, etc.)Possess knowledge of data communication (analog, ISDN, Lease Lines, DSL, etc.)Coordinate and/or deliver support to the end users at the site in the use of various types of hardware devices and software programsTroubleshooting site applicationsDevelop knowledge of critical applications and processes utilized at the site in order to provide supportField incoming requests from the site to resolve application and hardware issuesPreferm hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, performing file back-ups and configuring applications Assist the site IT Analyst by identifying any potential site issues as related to ITTest fixes and perform post-resolution follow-upsDelivery of software applications training from provided training materialsOrganize IT equipment repairsAssist in the administration of IT asset tracking processes
