MTC Technologies is pleased to announce an opening for a Aircraft and Airlift Planners and Logisticians supporting our operations at Hickam AFB in Hawaii. MTC will be seeking to expand its operations at the Pacific Air Command Air Mobility Division (AMD). AMD serves as a vital link for PACAF air mobility operations supporting command and control for Air Force functions both in peace time and crisis.

Aircraft and Airlift Planners and Logisticians:
These positions review, prioritize, schedule, task, plan, and coordinate PACAF OSA missions (including DV missions, but excluding helicopters) in support of validated passenger and cargo movement within the PACOM AOR IAW applicable DOD, USAF, and PACAF instructions and directives. They develop primary support and backup plans for PACAF-assigned and attached aircraft for Commanders of USPACOM, PACAF, and other theater 'required use' travelers.
OSA duties include but are not limited to:
Review, prioritize, schedule, task, plan, and coordinate OSA MILAIR requests for individual and team travel, maintain records of supported requests IAW DOD, USAF, and PACAF instructions
Coordinate cross-service OSA use, when necessary, for efficient use of assets and to satisfy shortfalls
De-conflict and incorporate all PACAF OSA flying unit training and maintenance requirements into OSA flying schedule
Coordinate PACAF OSA support of validated Aeromedical Evacuation requirements
Validate OSA MILAIR requests for movement of aircraft parts and maintenance recovery teams
Notify and apprise PAOC AMD/CC and Senior Director of validated high visibility MILAIR requests, changes, and status of support
Provide and maintain daily and weekly OSA schedules and monthly forecasts

EAS and DV duties include but are not limited to:
Coordinate inter-theater airlift missions and CONUS-based OSA MILAIR requests with USTRANSCOM/JOSAC for PACAF general officers, civilian equivalents, and staff
Monitor mission execution, including recommendations to support mission changes, with backup plans as necessary throughout mission execution
Monitor EAS aircraft maintenance status on daily basis
DV Planners provide high-visibility airlift for the PACOM/CC and PACAF/CC and other senior leadership utilizing the 65AS aircraft and aircrews
DV Planner's develop plans for DV aircraft assigned to PACAF to support CDR PACOM and COMPACAF travel and execute approved plans in coordination with the PAOC AMD Execution Team. Develops, interprets, proposes, and executes courses of action based on developing world/PACAF events, utilizing contractor checklists, experience, and judgment.

Qualification Guidelines:
Minimum of 2 years of college or equivalent
Prefer 2 years commercial air carrier scheduling and planning or 2 years in military air operations planning, scheduling, or current operations
Preferred Experience: 5 Years, Bachelors Degree Plus above criteria
