Operations Analyst III

This position is responsible for the ongoing support of the enterprise Change Management Process. Requires high organization skills, broad knowledge of state of the art technology and ITIL functional experience (including incident, problem and service level management). The ability to handle multiple high priority items simultaneously. Responsible for the coordination and facilitating of changes to the enterprise technical infrastructure at the corporate data center, as well as overseeing the change control process at our global data centers. The candidate must have prior hands on experience using an ITIL compliant change process and be capable of analyzing the impact of changes across a wide range of applications, processes and infrastructure and software packages. Has the ability to define and produce metrics and management reporting. Note: this includes off hours availability, I.E. Evenings and Weekends.

Bachelor of Science degree or related field preferred with 5-7 years IT experience. The Ability to manage multiple priorities with experience with Life Cycle Management tools. A broad knowledge of ITIL with a focus on the Change Management process. Excellent negotiation skills required. The preferred candidate will have experience with internal and external audits and procedures and be aware of Sarbanes-Oxl4ey requirements. The successful candidate will have the ability to work effectively with all levels of administrate, professional and technical personnel. Good verbal and written communication skills a must. This position will require a candidate that is available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
