Seeking an office-pro that has experience with customer service, heavy coordination, detailed focused and a process improver with ability to develop streamline approaches to tasks.
Provide administrative support to coordinate Field Support events involving software deployment, continuing education initiatives and surveys.
Confirm training dates, pre and post customer correspondence, F/U phone calls to customer to assure customer satisfaction
Create, analyze and maintain monthly statistics that tie to operational efficiency initiatives
Maintain current documents and improve reporting efficiencies through software applications
Order hardware for Customer Solutions external customers for training and upgrades.
Order placement to vendors and reporting issues to IT Customer Field Management
Manage customer hardware order and tracking process using vendor spreadsheets, Contracts and Customer Solutions Excel Spreadsheets to minimize missed orders
Coordinate communications involving customers, support and business units
Maintain quality communication and teamwork throughout Cardinal Health

2 + years of relevant prior work experience interfacing with customers.
High School Diploma; College degree a plus.
Excel: Intermediate level using and creating formulas for calculation and spreadsheets.
Access: Creating databases and subsets of databases
Web: Coordinate before & after web training, host training and conduct meetings on the web
Ability to work independently in a time constrained environment
Exceptionally good organizational skills.
Exceptional time management and oral/written communication skills.
