Oracle 11i Application Developer

 

Summit Technologies, Inc. has Full Time employment opportunities for Senior Oracle Application Developers with enterprise level experience. The right developers must be technically and functionally proficient in Oracle E-Business Suite: 11i Receivable module. Candidates must be able to furnish proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.  These full time positions are located in Middletown, CT. 

 

Sr. Oracle Developers

Key Requirements:Accommodate various business units in the analysis, design and development of application workflow and integration elements of system deliverables using Oracle E-Business Suite 11i - Receivables. Must be technically and functionally proficient in Oracle E-Business Suite 11i ? Receivables. Seek ways to improve and enhance the quality of applications and the process of application development and maintenance. Coding, testing, and debugging applications from written specifications. Prepare documentation of application. Strong knowledge of ORACLE Receivables Purge / Archive. Strong knowledge of ORACLE Receivables internal tables and processes.Provide leadership and mentoring role to other team members.

 

Experience:Previous work experience in large enterprise environments on mission critical systems Minimum 2 years experience working in ORACLE Receivables Minimum 2 years experience using ORACLE APIs to enhance, tune and maintain processes like Auto-Invoice and Auto-Lockbox SQL Tuning, experience developing/enhancing reports/forms and PL/SQL processes. Experience working in the relational database environment, utilizing the Oracle Forms, Applications and standard modeling toolset Experience converting legacy applications Working knowledge of Process Methodologies At least 8 years experience in an I.T. environment, and familiarity with tools and products used to implement business workflow Proficiency with various versions of Oracle on a UNIX platform (a plus) Strong working knowledge of UNIX Shell scripting Bachelor?s Degree required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in an information systems environment.
