Oracle Database Programmer

Omni Resources, Inc. of Madison, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Programmer to work on a project that primarily depends upon the Oracle Database Enterprise Edition for both 9i and 10g databases. The responsibilities of this position include ensuring that the Oracle Portal is properly setup, as well as that the Oracle Reports Server is properly setup. They will also design and develop Oracle reports using relational tables for end-user reports and also using OLAP cubes for end-user reports and Discover analytics. They will create tables, views, and EULs as needed to support reports and analytics and prototype Oracle Portal dashboard and reports interface for end-user access of reports. Candidate will also determine the best approach for implementing an end-user security and data security for the LDS and also develop SQL and PL/SQL programs as needed. Other important skills required for success in this position include Java, Oracle Data Warehouse Builder and Windows 2000 and 2003.
