Position: Intermediate/Senior Oracle Developer
(Temporary to Permanent)

Description:

Intermediate to Senior Oracle Developer is responsible for enhancements to, and day-to-day maintenance and support of, the ERP and BLS systems; responsible for end-user support; analysis, development and deployment of new functionality; performance tuning; proactive support of ERP/BLS. May be responsible for mentoring junior developers.

Required Skills:

- Minimum 3-4 years of Oracle Developer 6i experience (Oracle Forms/Reports)
-Strong PL/SQL coding and tuning skills
-Proficiency writing LINUX/UNIX shell scripts
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Multi tasking abilities
-MUST have EDI Implementation Skills

Desired Skills:

-Exposure to Oracle development toolset (e.g. Designer, Discoverer)
-Oracle database object and schema design
-Past exposure to Web-based application deployment
