Oracle Financial Developer

Dynamex Inc., a leading provider of same-day delivery and logistics services in the United States and Canada, is searching for an experienced, highly organized individual to join our team as an Oracle Financials Developer.  The ideal candidate must be self-propelled to complete initiatives within established timelines.  Must be flexible with regard to work assignments and have the ability to learn quickly and must be highly motivated to provide solutions.

 

Responsibilities:

 Gather requirements, analyze, develop, maintain and support Oracle Financials 11i and Reporting applications.Assist conversation of legacy customers into Oracle Receivables with AR Balances.Provide production support activities for Custom forms/reports/Interfaces in Oracle Applications 11i environment.Document the requirements, analysis and design.Develop test scripts and test the application code before deploying it to production.Follow the Dynamex version control and code changes procedures.

 

 

Requirements:

 Bachelor degree in Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.1-2 years of experience with Oracle development tools (SQL*Plus, PL/SQL, Reports 6i, Forms 6i, SQL*Loader), developing solutions for Oracle Financials 11i.1-2 years of experience in writing Procedures, Packages, Triggers.Experience with Data Conversations is a plus.Understanding of Oracle Application Foundation.1-2 years of experience with at least one of Oracle ERP application modules like AP, AR or HRMS.
