Job Description
Business & Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance.  Oracle Financials Consultants have skills in architecting solutions using Oracle Financials to achieve a defined business outcome. Individuals will possess skills in Oracle Financials process design and configuration, Oracle Financials design, development, integration, testing and deployment, and Oracle Financials technical architecture.

 

The Oracle Financials Consultant will implement Oracle E-Business Application modules and lead a small team of developers and/or business process (configuration) resources.  This Consultant will coordinate activities with client resources in business and/or IS side and will e responsible for mentoring team members, estimating and managing the work to be performed / being performed by the team. The role will require regular reporting and updating of project issues and status to project leadership, be able to work with clients on a daily basis for presentations, development, testing etc.  The Oracle Financials Consultant must present a positive and professional image of Accenture projecting the confidence that Accenture in general and the person specifically will enable this client to achieve high performance through the work together. 

 

Qualifications3+ years of experience implementing Oracle Financials ERP applications Experience in designing, estimating Oracle E-Business suite applications implementation with a  module or group of modules particularly in the Financial modules. Oracle E-Business Application experience Oracle Financial Analyzer is preferred Oracle middle ware integration experience ? Fusion, other middleware integration experience is preferred Other ERP Application Implementation experience ? PeopleSoft, Seibel is preferred  Strong understanding of business processes and project management Recent experience in travel and transportation, hospitality, consumer goods and services or retail industries is preferred Consulting background with recent client facing experience is preferred Ability to travel up to 100% Bachelor's degree is required
