Position Profile
Position Title: Oracle HR Functional Application Administrator (SuperUser)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Oracle HR (OneSource Human Capital Management System) functional system activities for the region. This position requires strong linkage with the regional shared services teams, finance, global Oracle HR Application Administrator Leader, Super User teams and other Oracle HR support teams. This position will report to the regional Oracle HR Project Manager through the regional implementation and transition to the Global HRIT Leader post implementation and infant care.

' Act as the functional application expert
' Act as the user support for functional application information
' Maintenance of all functionally controlled set-ups such as regional value sets, key flex field values, descriptive flex fields and lookups
' Lead regional change control processes including evaluation of requested changes, impact of changes from system end-to-end standpoint and linkages with the Global Change Control Board and Global Application Administration and Super User Teams
' Functional testing and implementation of change control board approved changes, new patches and application enhancements.
' Implementation of mass updates
' Liaison with technical team on interface maintenance, systems maintenance, functional requirements for development work
' Liaison with technical system administrator on technical set ups impacting functional delivery
' Provide approval of functional users including access rights and security to the System Administrator
' Key member of the regional implementation team
' Ensure completeness of process documentation
' Lead delivery of user functional systems training
' Lead implementation of new entities on HR system.
' Liaison with Technical System Administrator to define responsibilities, custom menus, etc.
' Keep up to date with new Oracle HR functionality
' Lead implementation of new HR modules as approved
' Liaison with technical team to raise TARs with Oracle

Experience Required
Proven experience managing HR systems and/or processes
1-2 Years experience leading Oracle HR functional systems processes
Proven project management experience
Proven data management experience
Demonstrated understanding of HR business processes and integration of those processes with systems solutions
Oracle HR training delivery experience Helpful

Education/qualifications required
Bachelor's degree required
Bi-Lingual preferred
Fluency in English required
