Oracle HRMS Sr. Functional Consultant

Define Requirements, Documentation and Configuration of Oracle HR

Qualifications:

? Experienced functional analyst working with the Oracle HRMS modules with configuration/set up skills of Oracle HR module.
? Experience in large implementations/projects including familiarity with the AIM methodology.
? Preferred: Previous experience in a lead role during application design and development.

Responsibilities:

? Work with IT Business Analyst and HR Business users to ensure requirements are captured and documented which includes all necessary data.
? Participates in the Configuration of the Oracle HR System
? Analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, recommend and implement techniques and methods for resolution of problems.
