Premier Financial Services Institution seeks a dynamic technologist to join their Web Content Development team... In this role, the successful candidate will possess a strong mix of both technical [design, S/W & H/W architecture, implementation] and functional/interpersonal [project management, solutions-oriented] skills:  TECHNICAL SKILLS Oracle 10g - application server, fusion middleware, internet directory, web cache, SSODemonstrated proficiency with: SQL, PL/SQL, J2EE [JSP & Servlet] in a Unix [ideally Linux] environment FUNCTIONAL ATTRIBUTES Successfully implemented enterprise portal solution using Oracle Portal; the successful candidate should be able to manage/mentor/train others as the technology is rolled out to support other/future corporate initiatives. Must possess excellent communications skills - will interface with users at all levels, business groups,etc. Here, the successful candidate will be expected to drive results, understanding product limitations [out-of-the-box] and make recommendations to "customize" solutions using robust tools as needed. Must be project focused & results-oriented; will be expected to deliver solutions in a timely manner. Possess a high level of enthusiasm as this is a "major" initiative requiring dedication, focus & collaboration amongst a diverse roster of team partners [both business & technology].
