Position Description:
Fox Interactive Media (FIM), a division of Fox News Corp., provides an integrated network of sites that collectively offers more than 70 million worldwide users socially rich media experience centered on entertainment, news, information, and self-expression. Our network includes IGN, MySpace, Foxsports.com, Scout, AmericanIdol.com, KSolo, and much more.
We have an immediate need for a full-time functional and technical expert in SalesForce and Oracle CRM. You will be responsible for supporting and managing integrated Oracle 11.5.10 CRM and SalesForce CRM applications. Specific responsibilities include configuring, implementing, and testing new functionality and processes as well as creating user training materials and conducting periodic user training. You will also work with users on new requirements and business processes.
This position is located in Brisbane, CA.
Requirements:
? Bachelor?s degree and/or equivalent work experience
? 5+ years hands on experience with Oracle CRM (11.5.X a must) and SalesForce CRM (expertise in administrating/customizing/integrating with SalesForce Enterprise Edition)
? Must understand sales processes such as Opportunity Management, Customer/Contact Management, Forecasting, and Quoting and Pricing
? Must have excellent communication and documentation skills
? Integration between Oracle Apps and SalesForce, Mobile solutions, AppExchange platform A PLUS
