Organizational Development Specialist

Job Description: Functional Responsibility: Analyzes organizational structures, responsibilities, team work, business or operating procedures, reporting relationships and work processes to design efficient methods of accomplishing work. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

The successful candidate will work in support of our federal client performing Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) activities in support of the OMB Exhibit 300 submission. Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, the CPIC process to include Enterprise Architecture in general is highly desirable. She/he must have good communication skills and work well individually and with the client as InfoPro?s primary onsite representative.

Eight years of total general work experience required as well as 3-6 years of specialized experience providing expertise in organizational development and change and transition management or enhancing information systems or installing new technology. Security Clearance: Passing the Agency?s routine Background Investigation is a requisite of the position.

Minimum Education: Bachelor?s degree in Organizational Development, Management or Business Administration or equivalent work experience required.
