Outcomes Analyst - Tech Lead

This position will have responsibilities to oversee the report development team for the Enterprise Clinical Information System (ECIS) implementation project. This project is part of a larger project between GE Healthcare and Intermountain Healthcare to enhance and deploy the Centricty Enterprise products throughout Intermountain Healthcare. The incumbent will initially be assigned to define and implement a standand report design, development, testing and deployment process to be used for this project. The incumbent will also ensure that service requests are prioritized, managed and delivered effectively and efficiently. In addition to team leadership responsibilities, the incumbent will also participate in and have responsibility for project tasks as assigned.



Bachelor's degree and 3 years report development or equivalent training/experience. Candidates will be evaluated according to the following, in order of importance: (1) Interpersonal skills: Values-based personality with the ability to work selflessly in a team environment. Leadership skills. Must possess a commitment to the core mission of health care and Intermountain Healthcare. (2) Technical skills: Must possess a solid understanding of report development; reporting tool (Cognos, Business Objects, etc...); relational databases; statistics; SQL, preferably in an Oracle environment; and project leadership skills. (3) Domain skills: Familiarity with data warehousing/data analysis and reporting, preferrably in a health care environment.
