*Responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing systems and developing, and implementing new application systems within their assigned area of responsibility. Responsible for understanding the corporate data model. Responsible for completing tasks as assigned by management. *Demonstrates aptitude in logical and analytical thinking. *Able to follow design documents in order to develop specific functions and features of a system. *Takes an active and participatory role in using and adhering to technical standards and guidelines

Qualifications :
*1 - 2 years experience in Oracle database development preferred. SKILLS PROFILE Project Management *Understands the Application Development life cycle. *Can effectively follow technical directions. *Can effectively estimate their own effort on assigned tasks. *Experienced in self-management of assigned tasks. Communication Skills *Demonstrates good oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with internal team members and management. *Demonstrates clear written communications skills, including the ability to produce clear technical documentation. *Must be able to effectively communicate technical issues and concerns to IT management. Applications Development (Programming) Experience *Able to complete simple or repetitive tasks with direction. *Desired technology background: Applications development experience In a client server environment *Relational database experience; Oracle experience preferred *Training or exposure in one of the following technologies: *Oracle 11i HRMS/Financials/CRM *Oracle Developer 6i (Forms and Reports) and Designer *Oracle Forms 6i *SQR/SQL *PL/SQL *Internet Technology
