Status: Brand new opening in the initial stages of interviews.

Healthcare facility located in Southerly Illinois seeks your PACS expertise. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations support for the organizational Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). Additionally, you will act as liaison in digital imaging initiatives within the Department of Medical Imaging and other departments creating strong relationships with users (at all levels) and supporting their needs. Moreover, you will handle the management of image flow, archiving, auto-routing and pre-fetching and other related activities will also be part of your duties. This role requires a clinical background as Technologist OR at least 2 years working closely with Radiology in Radiology Systems support role. Also, one or more years of PACS experience. Degree preferred. .Compensation range is 65-78k and depends on experience, plus potential for relocation and/or sign on bonus.
