Job description:
Project Description
* customer service phone agent
* call logging
* over-the-phone problem troubleshooting
* desktop remote control
* customer account access for statewide applications
* basic software usage support
* remote network device troubleshooting
* strict adherence to documented policies, procedures and work schedules.

MUST be focused on customer service, and have behaviors which display that attitude.

Hardware/Software Environment:

Help Desk Environment: Telephone @ Work Automated Call Distribution tool, ServiceCenter call/problem logging and routing software. MS-SMS for remote control of desktop PCs.
Customer Environment: Intel based workstations and laptops. Server hardware primarily Dell and IBM. OS includes NT, 2000, 2003 and XP. Remote users connected with dial up, VPN and DSL utilizing Citrix. Office tools are MS Office 2003.
