Position Summary: Setup, configure, troubleshoot, analyze, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Assist in the support of servers and infrastructure equipment. Install and upgrade company standard software applications. Utilize help software to document and status daily work assignments. Provide technical support to home office and several remote offices within your region. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.

Requirements: 2 years experience in the IT field at a minimum, with at least 1 year dedicated to 2nd and 3rd level desktop and server support in a large environment, and at least 1-2 years of server side System Administrator experience in a Windows 2000 and above environment. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the help desk, desktop support, and LAN/WAN fields. Relies on experience and judgment to perform the functions of the job. Works under general supervision.
