PMO Manager

Job Description:
Manage the PMO for multiple contracts and task orders for the Department of Education. Oversees preparation of weekly and monthly status reports. Assist multiple project managers in the development of project plans and management of task orders. Work with finance to prepare and approve client invoices. Work with subcontractors to develop SOWs and manage expenses. Prepare month-end accruals for all projects. Perform SharePoint administration for ED sites. Attend weekly and monthly client status meetings. Prepare responses to task order requests from ED. Assist with preparation of proposals for new business. Monitor and report on progress against small business goals. Prepare EVMS reports for clients.

Skills Required: Project management experience-PMO management experience preferred. EVMS experience, financial analysis skills, excellent verbal and written skills, MS Office Suite, MS Project, financial analysis, subcontract management experience.

Desired Skills: SharePoint administration, MS Project expert, Knowledge Management expertise.

PMP desired.

Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4 years related experience.
