PMO/Project Coordinator

We need a strong PMO candidate for our client, a global brokerage firm located in midtown NYC.

 

PMO candidate to support budget and planning activities for submission to Project Office.

 Provide management reporting of project statuses.Budget tracking, forecast and reportingHost status meetings with Opera workstreams.

 

This position will fill the need for a strong PMO candidate. The candidate will be responsible for creating and tracking project plans, compiling management/status reports and supporting the budget forecasting process

 The individual must be able to work in an environment with strict and aggressive deadlines. A candidate for this position should have a proven history of performing a similar function. Candidates must have; Excellent verbal and written communication skills;? Proactive; results-oriented.Strong team player.1 ? 3 years in a similar role, preferably in the Financial Industry.MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, etc.)MS ProjectBachelors Degree is required.Project Management Office Certification is desirable.Ability to host meetings with large audiences.
