POS Installations/Support Technician

Are you ready for a change in careers but still want to use your restaurant knowledge?  We are searching for candidates that understand the front and back of the ?house? of  a restaurant.  Pinnacle Hospitality is the Florida Dealer for POSitouch Point of Sale Software.  We install and service these systems on a variety of hardware in Restaurants, Country Clubs, and Retail Shops.  

 

The position to be filled is an Installation/Phone Support Technician  in the Ft. Lauderdale area.  This person will perform and support installations from beginning to end. Installations involve programming customers menu and general settings in to the system, installing the system, training the restaurant managers and staff how to use system, and assisting the restaurant with the system when they begin using it. The systems are all PC based and use Windows operating systems including Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 Professional, and Windows XP Professional.  The position requires reliable transportation and flexible availability.  This is a Full Time position.  Benefits include Paid Vacation, Insurance, and 401k.  The ideal candidate would have restaurant experience, training experience, excellent phone skills and a sound understanding of restaurant accounting.  Bi-lingual is a plus.
