Signal Learning, Indiana's premier provider of information technology (IT) training and certification is seeking a polished sales professional to join our team. 


Our Sales Representatives are responsible for enrolling individuals into our IT career certification programs. The ideal candidate will possess superior client services skills, be highly organized, self-motivated, possess a sense of urgency, be persistent, set high standards for themselves, accept responsibility, ambitious, and excel individually and in a team environment.  IT knowledge (hardware/networking concept) is a plus. Experience in Microsoft Office is a must. 

 

THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WILL HAVE

 Complete comfort with the telephone and face to face meetings. Proficiency in time management. Exceptional ability to function with high performance under great pressures. Ability to follow business practice/processes. Expertise in closing techniques. Extreme attention to detail. Thoroughness in data retention.

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Meet or exceed all assigned revenue targets. Sell IT career certification programs to qualified candidates. Establish credibility for the school with enthusiasm, honesty, integrity and intelligence.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent sales history. Professional image. Preferred 2-5 years of sales experience.
