The Iowa Foundation for Medical Care (IFMC) is a cutting edge leader in creating customized information management systems. We are currently seeking experienced Oracle PL/SQL programmers to join our skilled programming team.
Summary:
This position is responsible for serving as a technical consultant for projects of a diverse scope. The incumbent will perform analysis, implementation and testing related to software development.
Requirements:
Programmer I-Four year degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent training and/or experience; functional knowledge of programming languages.
Programmer II-Four year degree in Computer Science or related field and/or equivalent training and/or experience; 1 to 2 years Information Systems or business related experience; experience in specific programming languages as required by the contract and/or project.
Preferred Skills:
Experience creating PL/SQL packages, triggers and procedures.
PL/SQL performance and tuning.
Experience working with XML.
OOP concepts.
Knowledge about data warehouses and ETL.
