Job Title: Panel Support Analyst

 

Location: Reston, VA

 

BASIC FUNCTION

We are looking for an experienced Panel Support Analyst to provide email and phone support to comScore panelists.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

? Provide telephone and email support to answer panelists? questions and resolve issues.  Communicate with panelists in a professional and courteous manner.

? Follow up with comScore employees to address panelists? questions and resolve errors.

? Coordinate operations with 1st tier support provider and provide 2nd tier support when needed

? Maintain documentation regarding panel support operations

? Maintain good working knowledge of company software and external software used by department

? Investigate issues regarding panelists? participation in comScore?s rewards program and determine when appropriate to grant financial or points awards

? Maintain and update ticketing system, including establishing filtering rules and optimizing mail server to handle spam and junk mail

? Perform testing on survey programs and assist QA department in testing of company software

? Attempt to replicate errors that software users experience to help QA troubleshoot problems

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

 

? BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

? 1-3 years experience

? Strong communication and problem solving skills

? Desire to research panelist issues and assist with problems

? Ability to work quickly and with minimal supervision

? Ability to work with personnel in multiple departments to research problem resolution

? Basic familiarity with Internet Explorer, Windows operating systems, Internet software and common networking issues

 

DESIRED SKILLS

 

? Knowledge of any of the following: Windows 2000, XP, NT, Web Servers, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Microsoft Exchange, Office 2000 and SQL

? Ability to read and translate a foreign language, particularly Spanish, French, German, Korean, Japanese, Chinese or Dutch.
