Client Operations professionals are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients.  They design, manage and implement the activities associated with key business functions. The Delivery Management capability focuses on the attributes or skills essential to the overall leadership of a unit including service, financial and contractual management, unit operations, human performance, technology and environment oversight and quality control. 

 

Job Description

 

The Financials Training Developer will own or co-own a module as part of a PeopleSoft implementation project.  The Training Developer will be responsible for meeting with the functional team on a weekly basis to review training materials and obtain sign-off.  The Training Developer will be responsible for creating UPK simulations, job aids, training guides, and presentation materials.  Another critical part of the role is training delivery.  The developer will need to be prepared to conduct  train-the-trainer sessions with State or contract trainers.

 

Qualifications

 

Must Have Skills/Qualifications

 

3+ years of experience with PeopleSoft (expertise in at least 2 modules: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Purchasing)

3+  years of experience developing training materials

1 year experience developing training materials with User Productivity Kit 

4 year college degree (Business, Finance, Computer Science/MIS, Engineering preferred)
