We are looking for Strong PeopleSoft Project Managers, Team Leads and Business Analysts in the Southern and Northern California area with the following skill sets:

-Must have PeopleSoft 8.x
-Experience in one of the following modules: Financials, SCM, Inventory
-Experience with multiple large full-scale, full life cycle PeopleSoft implementations, managing both functional and technical teams.
-Must have prior experience on project team for implementation, customization, or enhancements to PeopleSoft
-Experience with business process reengineering, including gathering and documenting requirements, documenting workflows and developing specifications for the programmers required.
-Must have professional polish with very strong communication skills
-Thorough working knowledge of the entire SDLC, IT systems and processes, methodologies and their direct implementation to projects
-Experience in data gathering and facilitation techniques (i.e. meetings and JAD sessions)
-Strong business and systems analysis skills and experience with numerous environments and architectures
