Job Description
Business & Systems Integration Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance.  PeopleSoft professionals have skills in delivering PeopleSoft Enterprise and Enterprise One solutions. The focus is on architecting a solution using PeopleSoft to achieve a defined business outcome. The PeopleSoft suite includes solutions for specific industries, ERP, CRM, HR, SCM and Business Intelligence.  Individuals possess skills in PeopleSoft process design and configuration, PeopleSoft design, development, integration, testing and deployment, and PeopleSoft technical architecture.

 

Key responsibilities may include:Supervising application design and architecture componentsSupervising process and functional design activitiesCreating functional requirements as an input to application designDeveloping and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypesSupervising application build, test, and deploy activitiesPlanning and executing data conversion activitiesDriving test planning and execution

 

Qualifications

 3+ years of experience with one or more of the following PeopleSoft HCM modules:Human Resources, Recruiting, Benefits Administration, Time & Labor and Payroll Understanding of the PeopleSoft system from a business function and technical perspective. Past experience in an application design, development and support environment (i.e. issue management, enhancement management, change management). Requires Bachelors degree Prior project-based work experience with a major consulting firm Prefer PeopleSoft experience in public sector solutions delivery Prefer PeopleSoft Human Capital Management Certification Prefer PeopleSoft Upgrade experience Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
