PeopleSoft HRMS Developer - Time and Labor

Our Hartford, CT client is looking for a PeopleSoft HRMS Developer consultant to assist in the selection and implementation of a scheduling application front end.

Will help define the appropriation solution for capturing payroll and scheduling data and assist in setting direction for the solution.

Research options for purchasing or building, coordinate the completion of the software evaluation and selection etc.

Develop comparison matrices to summarize application strengths & weaknesses and report results to management.

Assist in the fit/gap analysis of the scheduling software.

Develop and execute system test scripts and user acceptance test scripts.

Required skills:

Expert with hands on experience with Psoft HRMS Time and Labor & Psoft HRMS Payroll modules a minimum of (3) years Time & Labor experience

Experience in performing software evaluation and selection

Solid analytical problem solving and excellent written/oral communication skills

Experience with implementing employee scheduling software with PeopleSoft is desirable.

Experience implementing Time Collection Device interfaces with PeopleSoft is preferred.

Experience leading facilitated sessions to gather requirements and resolve differences are desirable.
