PeopleSoft Payroll Business Analyst

Job Description:  PeopleSoft payroll business analyst responsible for facilitating and setting up payroll prior to the first 2007 payroll (January 2007)

 

1. Demonstrated knowledge and payroll processing experience for at least 1,000 associates using PeopleSoft version 8.3 or higher for 5+ years

2. Advanced level of computer experience, utilizing word processing and spreadsheet software.

3. Experience working in healthcare preferred

4. Experience working with Kronos timekeeping systems or other automated timekeeping applications

5. Experience working with New York state taxes and garnishment rules related to payroll (includes understanding how to manually calculate and who to contact with questions)

6. Ability to lead a functional payroll implementation, including planning tasks, executing development and testing.

7. Ability to develop documentation for payroll and perform training and knowledge transfer

8. Ability to work in a team environment dedicated to seeing the team exceed in the outcomes.

9. Ability to work on-site in Binghamton, New York during the months of September through January with occasional travel to Indianapolis, IN
