Job description:
Will be a member of a PeopleSoft development team for PeopleSoft Financials and PeopleSoft CRM. Will be responsible for working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Customer Support team to understand system issues and provide resolutions. Resolutions include design, development, system testing, updating scripts and code development in the following PeopleSoft Financials 8.8 Modules: General Ledger, Account Payables, AR/BI, and Asset Management; PeopleSoft CRM 8.9 Modules: Support, Field Service and Sales.
Knowledge and Skills
* 2+ years of experience in CRM 8.9 modules * Support, Field Service, Sales, and Help Desk
* 3+ years of experience in writing Queries and Crystal reports
* Development of functional and detailed design specifications for the PeopleSoft areas listed above.
* Develop detailed design specifications and unit test plans for application modifications or customizations.
* Unit test and implement PeopleSoft solutions.
* Debug application functions and processes.
* 360-Degree View configuration and customization and configurable search
* Analyze and troubleshoot development related issues.
* PeopleSoft Functional Financials 8.8 knowledge a plus (GL, AP, AR, BI and AM)
* Knowledge of Security Administration and Tree Manager a plus
