This is a full-time, permanent position that requires extensive travel but it does not require relocation.

 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED
Extensive experience with People Tools (ver 8.x), People Code, Application Designer, Query and SQL analyzer.
Must have worked on at least two (2) PeopleSoft Upgrades or Implementations.
Experience with Application Engine and Component Interface.
Must have experience writing functional specifications and creating business process documentation.
Project management skills with the ability to manage projects, upgrades & implementations.
Student Administration system functional knowledge.
Ability to develop project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of project risks and contingency plans.
Ability to formulate and define scope and objectives for projects.
Bachelor?s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Successful Candidate will be responsible for supporting PeopleSoft Student Administration system for versions 7.X & 8.X, utilizing a well established team support model. The position requires the ability to plan and coordinate functional activities to support and lead projects using effective practices.  Duties include configuration and setup, prototyping solutions, testing rule and validation tables, module security planning, conversion and upgrade testing, delivered and non-delivered functionality management. Additional duties include Student Administration functional support, process oversight and scheduling, functional module training, ad hoc reporting, module representation for cross-system issues, and procedural and change management documentation.
