Peoplesoft Functional/Project Manager

Kforce is seeking 3 individuals for Functional Project Managers for our client. The three positions will focus on PeopleSoft full life cycle development in G/L, AP, Purchasing, Enterprise Program Management (data warehouse), Global Consolidation and Chart of Accounts Design Group modules. These are senior leadership roles. The selected candidates must be able to drive the full implementation of an area across the entire enterprise of a very large complex healthcare organization. These Project Managers will need to play the role of a strong business lead and facilitator; utilizing very strong project management and leadership skills. The position requires the utilization of strong PeopleSoft skills in a full deployment effort. Candidates that have only done upgrade efforts will not be a fit. We are looking for business leaders that are comfortable dealing with senior managers on a daily basis. The selected individuals will lead business owners through full life cycle (business requirements, As-Is versus PeopleSoft functionality). These are functional roles.

Candidates must have experience working in full life cycle development with PeopleSoft financials as well as excellent presentation and leadership skills. Strong functional experience with either G/L, AP, Purchasing, Enterprise Program Management, Global Consolidation or Chart of Accounts Design Group modules is required. We prefer candidates with Big 4 consulting experience. Experience working with multiple large full-scale, full life cycle PeopleSoft implementations (managing functional and technical teams) and experience in data gathering and facilitation techniques (meetings and JAD sessions) is required. Strong business and systems analysis skills and experience with numerous environments and architectures are also required.
