Performance Management Sr. Project Manager

We are currently doing a search for a Sr. Project Manager with Performance Management system experience.  They will be responsible for implementing a Performance Management System for the IT Infrastructure Group.  This candidate will be responsible for developing the Performance Measurement System and creating alignment within the Infrastructure Group.

 

Skills Required:

 

2-3 years of in developing performance measurement systems and process improvement
7?10 years of experience in the IT Infrastructure area is a plus
10 ? 15 years of IT Development experience and 5 ? 7 years of Project Management experience.
Good understanding and experience in Project Management principles including, but not limited to, resource allocation, risk mitigation, work planning, issues resolution, enterprise facilitation, etc.
Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions and extremely detail oriented
 

Responsibilities include:
Working with the Infrastructure Management Team to develop and implement the Performance Management System including metrics, targets, and performance analysis.
Developing and executing the communication plan to create alignment between Executive Management, Infrastructure Management and the Infrastructure employees.
Develop departmental metrics and targets to cascade scorecards to the unit level by consulting with each director and manager.
Lead regular performance analysis and review sessions (at various level of the organization)
Provide guidance and oversight on the process improvement initiatives.
Bachelor?s degree in Information Systems or related field, MBA a plus
