We are looking for a strong applications pick programmer with a good understanding of business rules. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Job Responsibilities:

1. We are looking for someone that can provide accurate design specifications along with time assessments for software modifications as requested by clients

2. Analyze, Troubleshoot and resolve programming defects with respect to our client?s requests

3. Provide professional and courteous customer service as required to our customer

4. Thoroughly test software modifications made by other software programmers and yourself as required.

5. Maintain accurate records of time spent modifying, specifying, debugging, and testing our software, related products and third-party software interfaces.

6. Assist the Help desk department as required to provide content for our customers knowledge base with respect to troubleshooting tips and tools.

7. Collaborate with other Software programmers and System administrators to improve customer service business systems and processes.

8. Sustain and improve product and technology knowledge as new software products are implemented, developed, leveraged, and released.

Job Requirements:

1. BS or Associate Degree in CIS, Computer Science or equivalent training, education and experience.

2. 3+ years experience in PICK programming is required. Experience with Unidata and System builder are strongly preferred. Experience with Visual Basic or other similar development tools a plus.

3. Positive attitude and service-minded philosophy a must

4. Ability to work effectively with customers, coworkers and vendors.

5. Ability to work with minimal supervision.

6. Excellent analytical problem solving skills

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

8. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
