PoepleSoft HCM Developer

LOGTEC is currently seeking PeopleSoft HCM Development employee/consultants for multiple opportunities in Reston, VA and New Orleans, LA.

 

Candidates must possess extensive technical knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM (PeopleCode, Application Designer, and Application Engine) products to identify specific regulations, processes, reports, self-service, and user-defined rules.  Must be able to minimize the data entry required as employees? transition between organizations while keeping customization to a minimum.  Must have demonstrated in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM (PeopleCode, Application Designer, and Application Engine) Version 8.9 with several large companies.  Experience in defining and setting up PeopleSoft HCM to achieve the required pay for the employee.  Must possess experience in customizing PeopleSoft Workflow; develop complex modules or bolt-ons to the applications; develop and modify a variety of PeopleSoft HCM modules using SQR, Applications Engine, PeopleCode, component interface, and PeopleTools. Experience with PeopleSoft HCM Version 8.9; 5-9 years? Project Management/Functional/Technical Lead experience; Military/DFAS and Global Payroll implementation experience (desired). Possess strong verbal/written communication skills and the ability to interact with program executives and Service personnel. Requires ability to work successfully in a team environment and possess the flexibility/adaptability to changing requirements. Possess strong presentation/organization skills, along with strong problem-solving skills. Must have participated in business transformation and process design. Must have experience gathering and identifying fit/gap requirements for PeopleSoft HCM functionality. Possess understanding of Core HR application, Benefit Administration, Global Payroll, Time and Labor, Self Service, and Collaborative Apps.  Experience with several (3+) full life-cycle implementations. BS/BA in Computer Science/IT-related discipline or equivalent experience. U.S. Citizenship required and must be able to attain a SECRET security clearance.
