Point of Sale System Administrator

News & Gift Shops International, L.L.C., a national airport retail concessions operator is seeking a full-time Point of Sale System Administrator.  This person will be responsible for managing the POS Systems for 45 stores using Synchronics Counterpoint POS software.  Areas of responsibility include registers, servers, database, reporting and POS help desk.

 

Synchronics Counterpoint experience is desired, however comparable POS experience may be acceptable.  Applicant must possess a basic knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 Server operating system, batch processing/polling procedures, O/S and applications software updates and integration.  In addition, applicant must be able to manage projects and handle multiple priorities.  Some travel is required. 

 

Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to work well with co-workers.

 

Salary commensurate with experience.
