A Senior Manager in the Information Dynamics practice is expected to the following overall IT and consulting expertise:
?
???????? Significant experience leading complex technical engagements and team sizes ranging from 10-50 resources.?
???????? 10+ years of relevant Portal or Content Management industry or consulting experience
???????? Experience in managing medium to large Portal/ECM projects
???????? Knowledge and/or experience with Portal/ECM capabilities such as Security, Search, Personalization, Internationalization, Categorization, Taxonomy, Messaging,
Collaboration, and Publishing
???????? Development of statements of work and/or client proposals
???????? Broad system level expertise across multiple computing platforms and technologies with the ability to influence technology direction at the Enterprise Level
???????? Conceptualization, design and assistance in the implementation of new and existing systems, middleware, data warehouse and production architectures
???????? Transfer of knowledge and best practices to client
?
In addition, Senior Managers in the Information Dynamics - Portals and Content Management practice must have the following management/strategy capabilities and technical skills.

???????? Raise quality of portal and ECM design and implementation across the practice by sharing insights and methods through training, community, etc.
- Ability to architect a portal and ECM solution and provide optimization recommendations to portal and content managers

Ability to recommend platform selection and application integration options to clients
- Lead business opportunities to increase usability and profitability of? portal interface and information architecture
- Lead executive level governance boards
- Advise on application integration best practices and optimize performance of Portal and ECM solution
- Define enterprise content strategy

Technical Skills

???????? Deep knowledge of different types of portal and ECM platforms such as SAP Portal/Netweaver, Plumtree, Vignette, SharePoint, BEA Portal, Websphere Portal, Documentum, FileNet, Hummingbird, Open Text, iManage, eiStream, Captiva, Vignette
???????? Deep knowledge of different types of performance tools such as Mercury Interactive suite (LoadRunner)
???????? Deep knowledge of different types of security tools such as IBM/Tivoli Access Manager or Netegrity SiteMinder
???????? Deep knowledge on different types of metadata and search tools such as Google,
Verity, Autonomy, FAST
???????? Deep knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as Webtrends, Vignett
?
- Bachelor's Degree; an advanced degree or MBA is preferred
?
- Candidates must be willing to travel nationally to client locations
