Portfolio Management Analyst - ITIL

The position is located in Northbrook, IL.

 

The purpose of the department is IT development and support for the Allstate Financial Company.

The scope of this role is to support the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) initiative within the Allstate Financial Technology (AFT) organization.  This role will be a balance of key responsibilities, which includes project coordination accountabilities under the leadership of the Program Manager, development of ITIL strategy and process, and collaboration with key stakeholders within AFT and across Allstate Technology organizations to achieve process improvement and benefits.

 

The individual will be responsible for:

1. Development of ITIL strategies   
2. Development of process documentation - templates, process flows, roles and responsibilities
3. Coordination of ITIL process implementations  -
4. Act as central point of contact for key ITIL stakeholders   
5. Facilitation of ITIL related meetings and discussions - Coordination of best practices implementations (e.g. Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, etc.)

 

Experience Required:


5 years experience in consulting and/or process development for large organizations; ITIL Essentials Certification is preferred; PMP Certification is preferred

Computer Proficiency:
Microsoft Office and Outlook

 

Education:
College Degree  - Preferred
Major preference: Business, Engineering, Computer Science
