Hi.

This is Shailesh from TAJ Technologies Inc www.tajtech.com, based out of Mendota Heights, MN . We have been 17 years in software consulting business servicing Fortune 500 companies . We are expanding nationwide and are looking to add to our Recruiting Team , a Recruiting Assistant/Junior Recruiter to support our recruiting team consisting of 15 recruiters spread onsite & also offshore in Bangalore, India.

Job involves but not limited to:

1. Maintaining requirements in our database

2. Working with Account Execs & prioritizing requirements & communicationg those to the recruiters/team

3. managing recruiter/management/compliance reports

4. conducting weekly meetings with recruiters & AE's on their individual accounts

5. Maintaing the resume database, sourcing continuously for pipeline candidates

6. Sourcing for current positions using the database
