### Pre-Production Engineer. Heavy manipulation of SQL DB. ### Now Hiring

This position exists primarily to analyze and resolve issues related to Applied Discovery's patent-pending high-speed production system. This may include analysis and diagnosis of issues with client data, hardware and network performance, software applications, internally developed tools and SQL databases. Qualifications 1. Strong operational experience with Transact SQL including ability to write stored procedures and user defined functions.
2. Ability to read and understand .NET application code.
3. Outstanding problem solving, data analysis and communication skills.
4. Proven ability to multi-task on detailed activities in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
5. Highly skilled at using, analyzing and manipulating databases.
6. Ability to accurately estimate project cost and schedule.
7. Knowledge of database transactions and optimization techniques is a plus. Other Information The following major/degree is preferred for the position:Computer Science The preferred level of education for this position is 2-Year College Degree.
